Benefitstoturbomachineoperatorsinclude:

  • Reduced engineering effort
  • Less space needed in the control cabinet and the storage area
  • Uncomplicatedwiring
  • One single communication system, which is less susceptible to faults

With simpler operation and maximum functional safety, FlexSILon TMC creates the opportunity for higher profits. It also offers lower total cost of ownership as fewer sensorsand fewer logic solver packages are required.

“Operators can’t tolerate failures caused by turbine over-speeding or other problems. At POWER-GEN Europe we’ll show operators how dedicated safety functions within a turbomachinery control system can help them meet the relevant standards and boost plant productivity,” said Uwe Bruckhoff, Application Manager TMC.

Also featured will be FlexSILon Burner Control System (BCS):
a comprehensive solution for automatic open loop and closed loop burner control systems and boiler protection. Based on proven HIMA safety systems and configuration and programming tools, the FlexSILon BCS solution provides maximum plant safety, availability and profitability.
